Limitation of Liability:

The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as expressly provided herein. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use 1 the guitar, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
